Before selecting an excavator for our customers, we are always suggesting them to choose the most suitable one for their working conditions, such as the altitude, temperature or earth conditions. Before starting your excavator, you need make sure the machine has gone through the electromagnetic capacity test according to EN13309-200C, to avoid any electromagnetic interference.

For protecting yourself from any unnecessary damage or cost, we strongly suggest you to keep a close eye on any dangerous signals, and take quick actions when potential safety hazards occur. Here’ re some hints we want to share with the operators, to reduce the risk of personal injury and financial loss.

There are some hazard alert words on SANY excavators to inform the operator of imminent or potential danger. Different alert words are listed below to show the dangerous levels.

 It indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.

 It indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.

 It indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. It can also be used to alert unsafe operation as which may cause property loss.

 It indicates a situation which can cause damage to the machine, personal property and/or the environment, or cause the equipment to operate improperly.

The hazard alert symbol mostly appears with DANGER, WARNING and CAUTION hazard alerts. When seeing these symbols, please pay supreme attention, since your safety may be involved. What you need do is nothing but reading and alert by the message that follows the hazard alert symbols.
