Daily inspection is an important part to ensure the hydraulic Excavator to work long-term and efficiently. For the self-employed, the daily inspection helps reduce maintenance costs. Here are some tips about daily Excavator maintenance that may improve your Excavators operation.

Firstly, the operators should walk around the Excavator twice to check if there is something wrong with the chassis, and check if there is oil flow from the slewing bearing, and then the brake deceleration device and track bolt fastener. For a wheel Excavator, the operator also needs to check whether there is something wrong with the tires and pressure.

Secondly, it needs to check if there is Excavator bucket tooth wear. The bucket tooth wear and tear will greatly increase resistance in the process of construction and affect the work efficiency.

Thirdly, how to choose the diesel for the Excavator's engine is a big issue. Choosing different type of diesel depends on the different ambient temperature. The diesel should not mix with impurities, dust and water, otherwise it will make fuel pump wear prematurely and damage the engine. Fill the fuel tank after daily operation. Open the oil drain valve to draw off the water before daily operation. It should exhaust the air in the pipeline after running out of fuel in the engine or replacing the filter.
