Salt application is one of the common working scenarios for excavators. SANY 14 ton excavator SY140C-9 is designed for the salt application, and prove high efficiency in local markets.

The upgraded undercarriage of SY140C-9 adopts the X-shape structure for the lateral beams, featuring high strength and rigidity, excellent torsion and bending resistant performance.

The SY140C-9 has two configurations according to the different length of arm. The 21-meter long arm is designed to achieve the max digging distance of 7952 mm, and max digging depth of 5119 mm; while the 25-meter long arm matches the max digging distance of 8318 mm, and max digging depth of 5498 mm. Both have two options in bucket volume, 0.72 cu.m and 0.65 cu.m respectively.
