With a dual-pump, dual-circuit constant power control system, the Isuzu CC-6BG1TRP Engine is designed for high efficiency. The working mode is automatically adjusted with the engine speed regulation, realizing higher operating efficiency and lower fuel consumption.
Environmental-friendly engine
The Advanced Computer Dynamic Control technology provides real-time match between engine power an main pump power, realizing the perfect combination of power and economy.
The Auto Deceleration System helps reduce the fuel consumption by 5-10 percent. Only within 3 seconds, the engine speed drops automatically to idle level and maintains a idling state, reducing the void flow in the hydraulic system, wear of diesel engine, energy consumption and noise.
Equipped with air pre-cleaner and dual air filtering elements, the three-stage air cleaner ensures supply of sufficient clean air that can reduce the wear of cylinders.

 

HIGH RELIABILITY
Excellent cooling effect
The water-cooling turbo diesel engine, with six-cylinder, four-stroke direct-injection turbocharger and air-air intercooler, make up a complete engine cooling system. The large-capacity of 6.49L displacement, also helps reduces the engine heat load and givers a longer service life.
Strong structure
The reinforced X-frame modeled with digital tools, through finite element analysis on loading capacity realizes the tough structure.

 

CONFORT AND SAFETY
The spacious and sealed cab is not only creating quiet environment for the operator, but ensures the air pressure inside is higher the outside, preventing the dust invasion. The innovative silicone rubber shock absorber, equipped in the operator station, minimizes the shock brought by the rough road condition or hydraulic impact, considerably increasing the stability of the cab and improving the comfort of the operator.
The top plate of cab is punch-formed with thick high-strength steel sheet integrated with reinforced ribs, together with the hydraulic lockout control, prevents accidents and creates a safer operating environment.
The engine is housed in excellent heat insulation to prevent accidental burns. The radiator fan is enclosed with a protective net cover that can prevent objects from falling into the fan and damaging the blade.

 

EASIER MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE
The large LCD monitor can ensure safe, precise and stable operation, and even in dim condition, the LCD can also be easily read from various angles.
The large LCD monitor is also acting as an equipment managing and monitoring system, especially with its monitoring function, malfunction reading, and troubleshooting functions.
