Wu Guoping, an expert in construction machinery industry said that the big brands of excavators are expensive but they have longer service life, while small brands are cheap but they are easy to break down.

“The configuration is a key factor related to the price,” Wu said that the key components such as engine, main pump and motor are directly relating to the service life of excavator.

Many domestic small brands’ excavators adopt low-end key components to let excavators price down, which are easy to cause oil leak, axles breaking and smoking.
