A 3-minute-long micro-documentary on SANY service engineers' daily work officially debuted on CCTV-9 on July 18. The micro-documentary was filmed in Jiangsu and Yunnan provinces where SANY’s service won high appraisal from local clients.
SANY vows to bring maximum value and best user experience for its clients. SANY stresses great importance on its after-sale service. SANY launched “service around China” campaign in 2010 to provide best service for clients in remote areas.
Yunnan’s shangri-la situates in in the eastern Qinghai Tibet Plateau with the highest altitude of 5545 meters. To offer after-sale service, SANY’s service team needs to take 10 hours driving more than 100 kilometers to get there.
No matter how tough the working conditions are, SANY‘s service engineers will give their professional help to clients at first time, which is not only the promise to clients but also the responsibility.
