The first large overseas order worth 30 million yuan netted in the opening day shows Sany's image as an industrial leader
At 4 PM in the opening day, Sany booth presented a highlight. Witnessed by the media and visitors, six mining companies from Zabaikalye purchased 30 Sany mine excavators, with a total contract amount of nearly 30 million yuan. Other Sany products also sold well, fetching nearly 50 million yuan. These orders show Sany's image as an industrial leader.
Under the agreement, Sany will forge a strategic partnership with the 6 companies to jointly promote its sales and development in Russia. Also, Sany will establish a parts service center in a local mining area, and send service staff to the area to provide quality services.
Zawikiyi, Deputy General Manager of Uryumkan Mining Company said he highly recognizes the outstanding quality of Sany products and believes that the equipment will be of great help to corporate development.
Xiang Wenbo discusses industrial development with industrial association management
On September 21, on the sidelines of BICES 2017, Xiang Wenbo, President of Sany Heavy Industry held talks with Wang Ruixiang, Chairman of the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF); Su Zimeng, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) and other personages of industrial associations. The two sides exchanged ideas on the overall situation of the Chinese construction machinery market and reached consensus on jointly promoting the sound and green development of China's construction machinery industry.
Wang praised Sany's success in transformation and wished Sany better and better. CMIF is an influential general industrial association. Sany was ranked first among Hunan's enterprises with sales revenues of 63.7 billion yuan on the "2016 China Top 100 Machinery Manufacturers List" released by CMIF.
As an old friend of Sany, Su expected Sany to achieve great success in "the Belt and Road" construction. As a host of BICES 2017, CCMA has more than 2,100 member entities, covering more than 85 percent of the industry. During BICES 2017, Sany Heavy Industry was named "BICES 2017 Gold Exhibitor".
Sany signs its fourth Vietnamese agent to speed up internationalization
On the morning of September 20, Sany signed a dealer agreement with ACOMAS, Vietnam. Under the agreement, ACOMAS will become Sany's fourth agent in Vietnam. Xiang Wenbo, President of Sany Heavy Industry; Zhou Wanchun, Business Director of Sany International and Da Rui, General Manager of Sany Southeast Asia attended the signing ceremony.
ACOMAS is a competitive equipment leasing company in Vietnam, as well as Sany's major customer. With good prospect of Sany's development in Vietnam, ACOMAS decided to be an agent for Sany concrete machinery and road machinery.
Sany entered Vietnam in 2003 and has had nearly 1,000 units in use in Vietnam after years of development. Over the past 14 years, Sany has been involved in key Vietnamese projects including Vietnam's highest building and Hanoi's first light rail, developing a lot of loyal local customers.
15-country African mission acclaims Sany VR excavator at Sany booth
On September 22, on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Construction Machinery Cooperation, the ambassadors and counselors of 15 African countries including Namibia,South Africa and Kenya to China, visited Sany Booth.
Mr.Zhou Wanchun, Director of Sany International headquarters delivered a speech at China-African Construction Forum.
The mission focused on Sany's excavating machinery, hoisting machinery and concrete machinery, and watched a "beer-opening" stunt presented by Sany VR remote control excavator. When the huge bucket unscrewed the cap lightly, the African guests applauded its outstanding performance. Elia George Kaiyamo, Namibian Ambassador to China said that the high popularity of Sany booth and the outstanding performance of its exhibits impressed him deeply.
With robust demand for infrastructural construction, Africa is an emerging construction machinery market. During the visit, many envoys said there is huge potential for Sany-Africa cooperation.

Apart form traditional product narration and demonstration, the booth made visitors feel the outstanding quality of Sany equipment in the most direct way: programs and interactions. For example, the popular VR excavator remote control, fashionable "I Have Sany" hip-hop show, dynamic catwalk show and the Gold of Wealth handing out gold ingots attracted throngs of visitors.
