Loading is a frequently used function for excavators, no matter what tonnage of them. SANY excavators are designed to deliver maximum power, strength and fuel efficiency in all kinds of job sites. Below are some useful tips to help you get the most from the machine when it is working on a loading job.

Before the working begins, you need try to ensure all the attachment on the excavator is correct for the job, especially in terms of size. So you need beforehand think through the maximum reach required and density of the material to be moved.

Then consider the following tips during the whole process since you are the controller of the machine.

1.Position the excavator at a height that will produce the most loading efficiency. This means your bench height should be close to the height of the haul truck sideboards.
2.Place the vehicle to be loaded so the machine doesn’t have to swing and travel more than necessary.
3.Always remain alert of your surroundings, to stay safe.
4.Always be aware of any overhead or underground things.
5.Use mirrors and cameras to your advantage. Most of SANY’s excavators are configured with sideview and rearview mirrors, providing overhead visibility of the working area.
6.Never swing the bucket or load over people or a cab.
