SANY long-reach excavator series meet your needs in extended-distance operation

For better providing our customers deep digging or excavating at extended distances, SANY develops long-reach excavators for application, which can be used for working in sand and gravel pits, shaping long slopes, and cleaning settling pounds. The models feature large-buckets and heavy-duty high/wide undercarriage, to offer better stability over the side.

There are two models configured with the particular specification, namely SY215CLC and SY235CLC. SY215ClC features Mitsubishi 6D34TL and SY235CLC features CC-6BG1TRP, meeting State II emissions standards. The excavators also incorporate a special heavy-duty upper frame, swing bearing and carbody. These heavy-duty members combine with added counterweight to provide maximum-reach dimensions at ground level of 15,000mm for the SY215CLC and 18,000mm for the SY235CLC. Maximum digging depths are 11,970mm and 14,190mm, respectively.

Implement hydraulic systems for the SY215C Long Reach and SY235C Long Reach Excavators provide ample hydraulic flow and at the necessary high pressures to cope with the additional demands placed on these machines. The hydraulics are adopted to deliver power and maximum control for a range of excavating buckets and hydraulic work tools.

Other features include high comfort cabs with good all-round visibility and grouped service points that make the machines easy to maintain and service. The machines also are equipped with SANY Live GPS system, which allow fleet owners to track critical items such as machine location, hours, fuel usage, diagnostic codes, and idle time via our ECC platform.
