SANY excavator launches new 5 ton excavator

SY50U excavator is a new-type mini hydraulic excavator featuring high power and hydraulic system, equipped with the dynamic optimization matching intelligent control system (DOMCS). It belongs to SANY’s 5 ton excavator category designed by SANY heavy machinery to meet emission standards.

SY50U’s reinforced structure and tailless technology makes the 5-ton excavator safer and more reliable, comfortable and convenient. At the same time, it can provide a variety of special configuration to adapt to the needs of different customers.

SANY’s 5 ton excavator has Kubota engine to ensure the reliability of the machine in harsh working conditions. SANY provides the main pump, main valve and motor and world famous brands of hydraulic components for 5-ton excavators, to ensure the high reliability of the 5 ton excavator’ hydraulic system. The new design of the reinforced structure helps to prolong the service life.

According to the China Quality Association survey, the mean time between failures of SANY’s 5 ton excavators is less than that of other foreign brands. Mean time between failures (MTBF) describes the expected time between two failures for a repairable system, while mean time to failure (MTTF) denotes the expected time to failure for a non-repairable system. MTBF can be calculated as the arithmetic mean (average) time between failures of a system. The terms is used in both plant and equipment maintenance contexts. SANY has done a lot of improvements in strengthening the structure and reducing the failure rate to make the 5 ton excavator more reliable.
