 INTRODUCTION of SANY SY215C

SY215C can be used in:

The main components like engine, main pump, main valve, rotary motor, controller are from internationally renowned professional manufacturers, ensuring a consistently excellent quality.

SANY imports the latest Japanese engine model manufactured by Mitsubishi specially customized for SANY to generate greater power and match the high requirements of the hydraulic system. This engine generates better efficiency, stability and durability.

This Mitsubishi engine is a high displacement engine therefore reduces heat load and is equipped with a overheat protection function which limits travel speed when the coolant reaches certain temperature.

Main pump is electrically controlled achieving higher accuracy and efficiency. Also its compact structure presents low noise and low oil leakage increasing the pressure of the hydraulic system, important feature as its connected to a turbocharged engine.

Positive flow controlled hydraulic system

Main pump displacement is directly proportional to the signal pressure from the joystick.
The controller determines the flow demand and variation trend of the actuator and regulates the flow in the system.
Electronic control module achieves the best energy efficiency.
Control is integrated with sensors to conduct monitoring of all systems and auto adjust.

Boom priority operation

Boom priority from swing rotation controlled by DOMCS improves operational efficiency.

Automatic idling system

Automatic engine idle function reduces rpm after 5sc idle time and stops engine when idle time reaches 3min saving fuel consumption.

H: Engine power is at 100%
(full operation efficiency)

S: Engine power is at 90%
(reduce fuel consumption and noise)

B: Engine power is at 80%
(large crushing force, break)

The main valve has been optimized to reduce pressure loss and make the hydraulic system more efficient.

A combination of a variable displacement pump and a control valve can achieve a positive flow hydraulic system.

The SANY excavator pipes and hoses have been optimized with no big angles in order to optimize the hydraulic oil flow in the system.

Nabtesco and Daewoo travel motor is available for SY215. High quality SANY travel motor is also available.

The travel motor have a high torque achieving a faster travel speed especially important when operation terrain has large slopes.
