Guarantee hydraulic cleanliness within NAS9 level in product’s whole life cycle.
Increase breathing valve pressure from 0.17 bar to 0.5 bar, reduce the number of air exchange between internal and external oil tank;
Upgrade cleanliness level of ex-factory machines to NAS6.
Use HYDAC filter (Germany) which has stronger filtering ability instead of SOFEIMA filter (Italian);
Effectively reduce the hydraulic components’ failures such as abrasion or oil leak, enhance the reliability of hydraulic system.
