It has many features such as high efficiency, low consumption, green environmental protection, and convenient maintenance. Today, we will talk about the maintenance of the 5-ton digger's filter.
SANY, one of the largest equipment manufactures in the word, recently launched SY50 5-ton digger in the country. It is the first 5-ton digger with zero tail swing in China.
This type of digger is widely used in city construction, landscape engineering, infrastructure construction in rural areas, and in stone field. When and under what circumstance it is need to replace the oil filter, fuel filter of a digger?
Fuel filter is used to remove iron oxide, dust and other materials in the fuel which can prevent the fuel system from congestion, reduce mechanical wear and ensure the stable operation of the excavator engine. Under normal circumstances, the engine fuel filter needs to be replaced after 250 hours of work for the first time, and then to be replaced every 500 hours. The replacement should rely on the fuel quality level. When the filter pressure gauge alarms or indicates the pressure is not normal, it is necessary to check whether there exits abnormal phenomenon. If there is, fix it. When there is leakage or rupture on the filter surface, check whether there is abnormal phenomenon.
The pure oil, fuel filter can effectively protect the equipment; prolong the service life of equipment. Using high quality oil, fuel filter can effectively prolong the service life of the 5-ton digger, reduce maintenance cost, and save money for users.
