SANY excavators are built to work in tough and demanding job sites. It is particularly important to maintain your excavator working in tough environment if you want your machine to keep doing excellent performance. The following are some guidelines for the maintenance of your excavator in tough environment.

First, work in muddy water, rain and snow
Wash your excavator and lubricate every joints of the machine after work. Check the loosing and damaging parts and repair in time.

Second, work in the sea
Wash the parts that touched saline with fresh water, take notice on whether the electrical parts are corroded. After the cleaning, lubricate the whole machine, check the loosing and damaging parts and repair in time.

Third, work in outdoors
The air filter of excavator should be changed earlier than usual under the situation of too much dust in the construction site, the radiator of excavator is easy to be invaded by dust which will affect heat dissipation, so the radiator needs to be washed by fresh water and the same to the starter and motor rectifier.

Fourth, work in the mine
Attention should be paid to the chassis, wheels and belt since there are too many rocks in the mine. The crawler belt should be tighter than working in the plain ground. The working parts of the excavator can be more easily damaged when working in the mountainous regions, so the working device should be reinforced and changed frequently.

Fifth, work under low temperature
The anti-freezing diesel should be used in winter, anti-freezing agent should be added in the cooling water to avoid damaging the water tank. The accumulator should be charged and discharged frequently to avoid the electrolyte being frozen.
