SANY excavators’ sales are expected to refresh historical record

From January to June this year, there are 75068 units of excavators sold around China, a year-on-year growth of 100.5 percent. The excavators’ sales volume of the first half of this year has exceeded last year’s whole sales volume. SANY, as the leading enterprise of construction machinery, its excavators’ sales in 2017 are expected to reach 117.4 percent of the historical record of 2011.

From this year’s January to May, SANY excavators’ sales are up to 14438 units, a year-on-year growth of 123 percent, which exceed last year’s total sales volume of 14,000 units. Actually, SANY excavators have topped the domestic market for 6 years. According to an industrial insider, SANY has adjusted its products structure in the past years. Excavator is gradually playing an important role in SANY’s products due to its increasingly improved profitability.

In recent year, fueled by the “Belt and Road” Initiative, SANY is actively exploring overseas market. Its overseas business maintains more than 20 percent of growth rate every year. SANY’s overseas business has accounted for 42.93 percent in its whole business.

SANY has an integrated system for sales, R&D and service, which contributes a lot to expand its products’ market shares. SANY’s mechanical diggers’ market share was only 12 percent in 2011, while, it has risen to 22 percent in this May.

With the revitalization of construction machinery industry, SANY is expected to see a prosperous development. Experts predict that SANY excavators’ sales will maintain 50 percent of year-on-year growth, ranking the first in the domestic excavator market.
