146 Meters! SANY SR420 made the record high of rotary excavating depth in China

On May 18, 2017, at the construction site of main-pier pile foundation of Tongminghai Super-large Bridge along Donghaidao-Leizhou Expressway in Guangdong, the SR420 of SANY solved construction problems of mud sands in bridge foundation engineering, creating the domestic record of rotary excavation with 2.8-meter pile diameter and 146-meter-deep holes. As the first China-made rotary drilling equipment working in super-large and super-deep foundation engineering, SANY SR420 made the exceptionally amazing performance.

2. The first fire-fighting truck in China rolled off the line

On the morning of June 30, 2017, the first fire-fighting truck independently developed and manufactured by SANY Military rolled off the line in Changsha to celebrate the 96th anniversary of CPC. The fire-fighting truck, featured by high mobility, wonderful protection and unmanned driving, is manufactured on the basis of SANY Military, has multiple core technologies of SANY. Many of its innovative projects are the first of their kinds in China.

3. The list of Brand Awareness of China’s Engineering Machinery was released, in which SANY topped six of the sub-lists

On July 10, 2017, the Brand Awareness of China’s Engineering Machinery for H1 of 2017 was released. SANY topped the sub-lists of excavators, concrete machinery, asphalt mixer, concrete mixing station and concrete mixing carrier, thus becoming China’s manufacturer with largest number of first places in the list. In the principal list of Top 10 Brand Awareness of China’s Engineering Machinery, SANY has been ranking No. 1 for eight years in a row.

4. SANY won China Spectrum Award, the highest award in China Brand Festival as the sole engineering machinery manufacturer in China

On August 8, 2017, the 11th China Brand Festival was held in Beijing. 25 famous brands of China, including SANY, Alibaba, HUAWEI, Tencent and Moutai, won China Spectrum Award and become the sole engineering machinery manufacturer in China.

5. World Pump King! SANY helped CSCEC Tower reached 528 meters!

On August 18, 2017, CITIC Tower, the highest landmark building in Beijing, was completed. SANY, known as the World Pump King, made great contributions by pumping concrete to 528 meters high at one time. Together with CSCEC, SANY has created another miracle in China’s history of architectures.

On August 25, 2017, the Silk Road Business Council, China Committee was set up in Beijing. The inauguration was attended by more than 200 delegates from the political, business and corporate communities. SANY President Tang Xiuguo was invited to the opening. SANY Chairman was elected as the Vice Chairman of China Committee.

7. SANY gets included in Top 500 Companies in China for 11 years in a row

On September 10, 2017, China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association released the Top 500 Companies in China. As the representative of China’s machinery manufacturers, SANY ranked No. 234 in the list with revenues of 63.76 billion RMB. Statistics show that SANY is included in Top 500 Companies in China for 11 times since 2006.

8. Fortune included SANY in the Most Praised Engineering Machinery Manufacturer in 2017

On October 12, 2017, Fortune Magazine (Chinese version) released the list of Most Praised Companies in China, placing SANY in it for the 7th time, which stood at No. 15 as the sole engineering machinery manufacturer. This list is deemed as the barometer hinting the soft power of China’s companies. The list this year was produced by Fortune Magazine (Chinese version) that released questionnaires to 38,000 corporate managers of China. The scoring standards include management quality, product service quality, innovation ability, long-term investment value, financial situation, ability to attract and retain talents, CSR, rational use of assets, and effectiveness of global operations. The 50 companies with highest scores are included in the Most Praised Companies in China.

9. The list of Belt & Road Corporate Influence included SANY as the sole engineering machinery manufacturer

In October 2017, the State Information Center of China released the Belt & Road Big Data Report 2017, which for the first time gave the Top 50 Influential Enterprises along the Belt & Road. SANY ranked No. 42 and became the sole engineering machinery manufacturer in the list. The State Information Center is under the direct leadership of NDRC. The list reflects the core decision-making body fully recognizes the international practice made by SANY.

10. Taking lead in Belt & Road Initiative, SANY won the Prize of Special Contributions & Excellent Investments Made by China Companies in Germany

On November 13, 2017, CHKD revealed the Prize of Excellent Investments Made by China Companies in Berlin of Germany for the first time. Among the more than 2,000 China companies operating in Germany, 13 won prizes. SANY received the Prize of Special Contributions. Ambassador Shi Mingde of China in Germany attended the ceremony and delivered the speech. Deng Haijun, representative of SANY Europe Chairman was invited to the event.

11. SANY won the title of China-India Model because of its international performance

On November 10, 2017, the 6th China India Forum was held in Bangalore of India. SANY India has made exceptional results in the Belt & Road Initiative, winning the award of China-India Model at the Forum. This is the second time for SANY to win the award. It is also the sole enterprise winning the award for two times, thus attracting great attention.
